this kid is 3 months now!
he's so alert and more bug-eyed since birth.
he pooped while i took this picture.
when we try tummy time with him he just face plants and screams into the floor.
he is very excited for his blessing this sunday.
he's gotten into the worst habit of sucking his fingers! not his extra thumb though.
any tips on getting him on the pacifier? cuz he acts as if it's really sour.
and we take lots of cuddly naps together.
do i love being a mommy?
oh yes.
am i permanently tired?

oh sweetie! don't fight the thumb sucking. sofia is my only thumb sucker and i love it, mostly cause she sucks her left thumb and so did i. i never had to find a 'binky' and i never had to worry about washing it off... so many pluses to NOT using a binky. my other two... oh, they were always wanting the binks and i was always losing them
ReplyDeleteI agree! If he's happy with that thumb and you DON'T have to buy a pacifier ... it's WIN/WIN. Luckily my kids were never interested in the pacifier - we lucked out.
ReplyDeletei can't believe he's 3 months already! he is soooooo adorable! we're faced with the dilemma of trying to break sina of the pacifier, so if he doesn't want it, you're lucky you can spare yourself the pain!
ReplyDeleteaylor hated tummy time until we tried propping him on the boppy....then he could look around and was higher up then the floor....put his feet down at the opening and his chest up on the pillow, then get your face down there with him. I didnt think tummy time made much of a difference, but saidee started having issues because I didnt do it...the Dr fixed me on that one and we started that day... she improved immediately!
